lipton loose tea
This loose tea is hard to find in stores I had to order it online and discovered it's a better tea than I usually get with an added bonus of being less expensive so I'm very pleased. I use it only for iced tea so can't say how it is when hot. It's a stronger tea so I use less. I hope you continue to carry it because I plan on buying more in the future.

Great Green Gone Green
This is a great value if you drink green tea daily and want convenience. We order it this way to save gas time money and still drink the tea we like without the hassle of loose. Finally we have enough tea to last a month with less packaging to store. Price it out! Good value.

Yummy soup!
When we placed the order we had a baby coming and were expecting a lot of sleepless hours. What better to recharge with than good old fashion chicken soup? Well now baby just got here and if the first couple of nights is any indication we will spend a lot of sleepless nights feeding and calming the baby and recharging ourselves with this delicious soup. One package isn't enough but two packages and some rice makes a really good filling meal. And it's as easy as boiling water.

Feel-Good Tea
Lipton Instant Tea Mix Diet Raspberry 2.6-Ounce Jars (Pack of 6) is delicious. We like it iced and it is also good hot. Just heat water and stir in a heaping spoonful. Adjust the amount to your preference.
It has only 5 calories per serving which is 1 tablespoon tea mix.
Ingredients include malic acid. Let me tell you that this piece of information is not a recommendation. Neither is it meant to be considered medical advice. I'm merely telling you about my experience. Malic acid is included in this tea to provide tartness. There is no other reason given on the package for the inclusion of this ingredient.
I have a mild case of fibromyalgia which is helped by malic acid. When I drink a cup of this tea hot or a big glass of it iced I get quick relief for muscle pains. On the achy days I drink this tea constantly. Lipton diet lemon flavor tea also has malic acid and I like that one too.
A friend of mine has the same problem and she finds that this tea helps her too.
I hope you found this review helpful.

Ingrediants Changed
I bought a bunch of this because I also thought it tasted good and they were not selling it at my grocery store anymore. Now that I received it I noticed that it contains aspartame instead of splenda as the sweetner. I'm trying to avoid aspartame and this was the only one of the Lipton's Green Teas on the Go that didn't have it. I'm very disappointed.

Very little Tea in this product! Yields a weak watered down lower than expected tea experience.
I ordered this product when it was on sale a while back and got the 6 pack of boxes. After brewing a few tea bags I thought the Red Goji/Raspberry flavor was indeed there but the low amount of tea in each tea bag didn't deliver almost any kind of caffeine lift. Each tea bag has very little tea in it. I called Lipton to complain and the nice lady on the other end pointed out that each tea bag has 1.2 grams of tea in it. (My box actually says 1.3g) Hmm I thought how much tea by weight does an average tea bag of green tea have? My unflavored Meijer green tea bags have 2.2 grams of tea! The other two flavors of Lipton tea I bought also have a lot more tea in them when compared to the Red Goji/ Raspberry Lipton Tea. The Lipton Lemon Ginseng tea has 1.7 grams of tea and the Orange passion fruit & Jasmine has 2.0 grams of tea! Why on earth has Lipton shortchanged the amount of tea in the Red Goji Tea? Just add some more green tea Please Lipton! This product is a disappointment!

Looking to save some $$$?
I drink a lot of diet decaf iced tea and had difficulty finding it in the local supermarkets. When I did find it I had to pay almost $5.00 per bottle. By ordering it through Amazon I can get 6 jars every month (or whenever I want it) on automated delivery and the price is down around $3.50 per bottle. That's great in these tough times when every penny seems to make a difference! This is a great way to have a ready supply and not worry about going to the store and not finding any and the delivery is FREE! Thanks Amazon!!!

Really tasty tea
I drink a lot of iced tea (unsweetened you crazy Southerners) but not a lot of hot tea. This stuff is going to be used in my iced though. Had a cup last night and man oh man this was tasty. It has an excellent fruit flavor going on but you can still taste the tea (that's my one issue with many flavored teas). It was smooth and crisp and felt like the flavors just keep hitting your tongue as it goes down. It's going to take me a bit to discern the different tastes in here but they work so well together mostly I'm just enjoying them all. Great stuff I highly recommend if you like flavored teas.

A good old-fashioned black tea
In 1865 Thomas Johnstone Lipton went to the United States and held various jobs. After five years he returned to Britain and opened grocery store that soon blossomed into a whole chain. Among the many unique products that Lipton carried were teas that he has specially acquired and which soon became famous in their own rights. In 1954 Lipton introduced the world's first tea bag which is still associated with Lipton after all these years.
Well what can I say? When it comes to tea Lipton's black tea was my first love. My grandmother drank it instead of coffee and she taught me to drink it when I was still in grade school. It was many years before I branched out into other black teas then green teas and now herbal teas but I never stopped liking this one. It is often compared unfavorably to teas that cost two and three times as much but I found that it produces a refreshing tea that tastes good both hot and iced. Also it is the default taste that non-tea-drinkers associate with tea which means that if you want an iced tea that will please everyone it is hard to go wrong with this one.
So if you want a good old-fashioned black tea then get Lipton tea. I highly recommend it!

Mostly hype
I love Lipton's Mixed Berry and Orange Passionfruit Jasmine green teas so I was very excited to see these new flavors. Not being able to decide which to try I bought all three. Couldn't wait to brew up a cup of Red Goji and Raspberry. Noticed there wasn't a lot of fragrance when I opened the bag but thought well maybe it'll release when brewed. Blech! What a disappointment! The predominant flavor is strongly the bitterness of green tea. Since then I have tried all three of these new "Superfruit" flavors and I am extremely disappointed in every one of them. The Purple Acai and Blueberry one has the most fragrant smelling teabag but the results are just as disappointing. Despite all the hype and the pretty packaging there is very little flavor to any of these except for the green tea flavor. Looking for someone to give this stuff to because I really won't drink it. By the way I drink a lot of tea and a lot of different kinds of black green and herbal teas and I do know Earl Grey from Irish Breakfast and rooibos from chamomile and yerba mate'.

The Truth About Vitamin C In Raw Cacao
Hello Raw Cacao Lovers!
Here is the real truth about vitamin C (ascorbic acid) content in Raw Cacao:
Despite the trafficked reports circulating the internet the honest truth remains: even when processed at low temperatures (i.e. "raw") there is no vitamin C (ascorbic acid) present in cacao.
Recently highly trafficked websites such as[...] have highlighted the misinformation of cacao's supposed vitamin C content. Included in these reports are claims that raw cacao is "extraordinarily high in vitamin C."
Back in 2004 our Navitas Naturals lab tests directly looked for vitamin C content in raw cacao but came up negative. Despite these results the current media blitz brought us back again for another round of lab testing of our best-selling raw cacao products (beans nibs and powder) for vitamin C. This time we used two different laboratories instead of one and utilized three different analytical methods: High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Capilary Electrophoresis (CE) with UV detection and Titration.
Though all three methods have their place in the scientific community Titration is the most commonly used method in the food industry when determining vitamin C (ascorbic acid) content. However there is a critical detail within the Titration method many companies miss when testing raw cacao. The method of Titration is unable to differentiate the vitamin C (ascorbic acid) from the vitamin's analogs. The result is what is known as a "false positive."
This is why at Navitas Naturals we use HPLC when testing raw cacao's vitamin C content. The HPLC method looks directly for vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and not just the analogs. Additionally after sending samples of our products to another lab to test using the CE method the reports returned consistent the HPLC results.
We have now also tested one of the largest raw cacao brands in the United States using the Titration and HPLC methods. And yet again the results confirm our previous conclusion that raw cacao has no vitamin C (ascorbic acid) present.
Cacao is a tremendously beneficial superfood containing a wide spectrum of minerals and phytonutrients. It is important to be clear however Vitamin C is not amongst these nutrients.
Sincerely
Zach Adelman President
Navitas Naturals
